Site reconnaissance
ELC performs Phase I ESAs, based on the industry standard as laid out by the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) E1527-21 and US EPA All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI). Many projects include multiple site portfolios with short turnaround times. We assist clients with obtaining renovation and demolition permits through our asbestos sampling services. We also provide environmental risk assessment and Phase II ESAs including soil, groundwater, and soil gas sampling.
